Visivo Construction is a Florida Certified General Contractor specializing in civil, sitework, and commercial construction throughout South Florida. Our approach is centered on clear coordination, disciplined field execution, and accountable project delivery — ensuring each phase of work is completed correctly, safely, and in alignment with design intent.

Founded and led by Sandy Suarez (CGC1536730), Visivo brings technical experience in grading, drainage systems, flatwork, structural improvements, and construction management supported by FDOT-certified training and hands-on field leadership. We work closely with private developers, general contractors, and design firms, providing reliable execution backed by professional documentation and communication.

Meet the Founder

Sandy Suarez is the founder, qualifying agent, and managing owner of Visivo Construction. He brings over 20 years of combined construction, design, and project management experience across South Florida. His background includes leadership roles within Miami-Dade County, where he advanced through technical and management positions overseeing multimillion-dollar capital improvement projects involving civil infrastructure, site development, public facilities, procurement, budgeting, scheduling, permitting, and field operations.

As a Construction Manager for Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces (PROS), Sandy managed the planning, design coordination, procurement, and construction administration of complex public projects ranging from approximately $3 million to over $25 million in value. His responsibilities included consultant and contractor coordination, contract administration, quality control oversight, regulatory compliance, schedule enforcement, and leadership throughout all phases of project delivery.

Prior to founding Visivo Construction, Sandy also held management and technical roles within both government and private-sector organizations, building a reputation for disciplined execution, clear communication, accountability, and hands-on leadership in the field.

Today, he leads Visivo Construction with a practical and detail-oriented approach focused on quality workmanship, professional coordination, and building long-term client relationships.
